Originally from the Great Lakes area, Chef Tadd Anthony brings more than fifteen years of experience and elevated craftsmanship with him into every kitchen. After developing a love for cooking professionally as a teenager, he went on to graduate with honors from Le Cordon Bleu’s Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2009.
His love and dedication to using the freshest regional produce came to fruition at the The Ritz Carlton in Cleveland Ohio, along with a passion for Vegetarianism and Vegan cuisine. Determined to expand his culinary worldview farther than ever, he traveled to the Philippines, where he studied modernized Asian fusion cuisine under world class chef, Jordy Navarra, owner of one of San Pellegrino’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Following his return to the U.S., his journey has woven a path through both the restaurant industry and many regions and cuisines of the States as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant, and Personal Chef. Fully owning his talent and originality has enabled him to offer the highest quality of innovative and customizable dining experiences to his clients.
Now serving the greater St. Augustine area, Chef Johnson offers personalized dining experiences for both personal and commercial clientele, including restaurant consulting, small parties, weekly meal planning and preparation, and much more!
